Jackson and Fuller are represented by the Raleigh law firm of Osborn Gambale Beckley & Budd, attorneys Joseph D. Budd and Matthew R. Gambale.

"Unfortunately, in addition to the stresses and hardship that come with delivering excellent patient care at the risk of their own health, Mr. Fuller and Ms. Jackson have also been subjected to a workplace environment at Rex where they were continuously blocked from advancement due to the color of their skin," said the attorneys in a statement.”
