Mobile Law office

Legal help when and where you need it.

Why mobile?

We all have legal issues that come up that need a lawyer’s help, even if it’s just an answer to a quick question.  But not everyone has the luxury or ability to come to a law office during regular business hours to deal with legal problems.  That’s why we are proud to offer onsite mobile legal services, with extended night and weekend hours, in public and community spaces across North Carolina.

The centerpiece of our mobile outreach services is our mobile law office, a 33ft renovated and retro-inspired RV designed to offer potential clients a comfortable and less formal setting to ask questions and get legal help.  We also have a custom expo tent for flea markets, festivals, and smaller community events. And for those that prefer a traditional office setting, yes we have one of those too.

Services Offered

Whether at our traditional office, our RV, or any of our mobile locations, our goal is to be a community resource and help where we can. We are ready and able to provide legal services and free answers to questions you have in these areas:

• Accidents and personal injury
• Injuries at work (workers’ comp)
• DUI/DWI and traffic tickets
• Criminal charges or investigation
• Will, trusts, and estate planning
• Landlord-tenant issues
• Insurance disputes
• Suspected discrimination
• Other disputes, contracts, or questions

Check our calendar to see when our Mobile Law Office is visiting your area.

Can we talk about my case?

We are ready and available to talk about your case, potential issues, or questions you have anywhere you feel safe and comfortable doing so.  Our mobile law office was designed with privacy in mind, and we take confidentiality and the privilege between our lawyers and clients very seriously.  However, anytime we are offering mobile services outside of our traditional office space, it can make having strictly confidential and privileged discussions more difficult, and at some events, not possible.  Based on the setting, we will discuss those limitations with you before we start and do what we can to meet your needs.
